Guaranteed all the staff is prepared and organized before the events starts, Coordinate with the chef to ensure food will be served according in BEO. Inspects table set up if clean and undamaged. Supporting the manager to do a paperwork such as documenting, . filing processing, ordering products and also relieving manager in her absence in paper work jobs.
Community engaged, help in establishing, organizing and promoting cooperative enterprises to improve economic condition of well being; organizing barangay brigade, community service units as may necessary. Planning and offering regular lectures programs on a community problem. Planning and implementing to develop the barangay.. Providing proper develop and welfare of the children, assist and adopting measures for the prevention and eradication of drug abuse, child abuse and juvenile delinquency, providing basic services and doing secretary job as well.
Filing all the records such as minutes, annual and suplemental budget, case reports and forms. Prepare minutes, case and settlement reports, certificates, annual and supplemental budget to be posted on conspicuous place, . Arranging all necessary forms for Barangay election and coordinated in Comelec. Help the municipal registrat for registration of birth, death and marriages. Keep an updated record of all inhabitant of the Barangay. Processing the documents that submitted to developed the society of said barangay. Exercide othe power and perform duties and function as may prescribed the law and ordinance.
