Job Description :
-Coordinating between all the company departments ( Management, Finance, Logistics, Sales figures, Technicians, Stores, Drivers, Design )
-Coordinating with the suppliers ( local and international ) and making sure not to exceed the Delivery Dates given to the clients
-Verifying all the Quotations, Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes before submitting them to the customers
-Getting quotations and choosing between the freight forwarding companies
-Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team and the management
-Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
-Making sure that the customers were satisfied after delivering and installing the products

Job Description :
-Working on store displays.
-Attending trade shows to identify new services and products
-Keeping up with fluctuating demand and supply.
-Coach, train, counsel, recruit and discipline employees.
-Handling customer complaints, questions and issues.
-Evaluate on-the-job performance of sales team.
-Assist sales staff in achieving sales targets.
-Ensure items are in stock and maintain inventory
-Welcoming customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
-Directing customers by escorting them to racks and counters by suggesting items.
-Advising customers by providing information on products.
-Helping customers make selections by building customer confidence and offering suggestions and opinions.
