•Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
•Map out training plans and schedules for new and existing employees
•Select appropriate training methods or activities (in class- web based)
•Prepare and conduct oral presentations with visual aids.
•Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
•Familiar with SAP system in different HR areas as long with the OOC, PRH, CRPO.

Interpret critical medical advice and information given by the provider into equivalent terminology in the patient's native language
•Assist in translating medical text from English to Arabic on behalf of the doctors/patients.
•support with patient follow-up as necessary,
•Establish and maintain quality service and positive interaction with all patients
•Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with the legal contract.
