executing ground level strategies for achieving sales targets in line with

✓ Identifying & developing new streams for long term revenue growth and
maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat business
✓ Helping the team identify prospective clients and generate business from the
existing clientele
✓ Mentoring the team & ensuring adherence to the norms; reviewing
performance of sales team and selected research team.

Handled all aspects of GTM from strategy to execution for the Indian subsidiary of OSI Inc. USA.
- Responsible for key Government tendering processes, besides ensuring the continuity of relationship with existing
clients in Government departments in India and Private stakeholders.
- Supported two business units i.e. Security solutions (Rapiscan Inc.) and Medical Devices (Spacelabs) and
contributed towards P&L of Medical Devices Sales in APAC and India.
- Participated with the core sales team for CXO meetings to boost sales through new client acquisition and existing
client retention
