My first responsibility is to ensure the person hygiene level
are on the required standards.
Preparing, gnashing, assembling and decorating ofhigh
volume of desserts as per schedule.
Checking of temperature for the chillier and freezer everyafter 4
hours.
Doing ordering of the required stock.
Working hand in hand with the pastry chef to ensure enoughstock of
desserts.
Tampering of chocolate for the making of pastry gnashing.
Tidy the kitchen at all times to ensure proper hygiene in thekitchen.
Dispatching orders as per company policies.
Clearing the kitchen areas every and after preparing a meal.
Finishing missing plus for the daily running of the kitchen.
Checking of labels to find out near expiry products to makesure is
used before they expire.
Reporting damages of equipment to the head chef formaintenance.
