2- Developed and maintained filing and retrieval systems, organizing files, updating Microsoft
Office 356 files and folders, OneDrive, and Desktop with Court and Cases documents.
3- Follow up, Obtain, and save all the related documents in the Client’s Cases using any Court
Portal such as “The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department Portal, Dubai Courts Portal, Federal Supreme Court Portals, Public Prosecutions” Dubai and Abu Dhabi”, CID (All UAE), and all the government portals that may be related to following up with any of the assigned cases to our Law Firm.
4-Arranged for delivery of legal correspondence to Clients, Appointed Experts, Witnesses, and Court Officials.
5- Updating our Internal System" Vision Law Management System" the internal system of Law firms used to add Cases and listing hearings and prepare the daily and weekly roll for hearings and obtaining Judgments.
6- Attending Reconciliation Cases before the Reconciliation Center, ensuring the delivery of the referring letters, obtaining a copy of the Case documents, and following up with referring the case to the Commercial Court and/or the competent court.
7- Issuing Proforma Invoices and Payment vouchers using Al Ameen Business Solutions Program for Finance and updating the Cost Centers Ledger Report which is related to the financial statement to all Files and Cases.
8- Drafting and Arranging for the POA and having it duly notarized through the Dubai Court Portal and/or Private Notary.
