Liaising with relevant stakeholders including outside companies, Government agencies and represented the COD’s Training and Professional Development Committee on key industry forums and corporate conferences. Reviewing existing training programs, suggesting enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry. Coordinating training programs, directing, designing, delivering lecture sessions in the programs, and participating in external consulting and research projects undertaken by COD, Hyderabad. Developing research proposals and protocols for clients, ensuring that studies are designed in a feasible, scientifically sound, and cost-effective manner. Providing advisory support to the client in determining research needs, framing objectives, selecting population, sample size, preparing questionnaires, deciding the research design/methodologies, and data collection techniques.

Designed intervention & training programs for institutes, and corporate establishments based on assessments (skills evaluations, psychometric tests, and assessments of individual working styles). Coordinated and conducted small group and individual coaching sessions based on staff’s learning & training need assessments. Conducted Faculty Development Programs and group training sessions for faculties teaching Undergraduate and Postgraduate Management students. Collaborated with foreign universities and liaison for degree programs, and student exchange.
