9. Verify Customer Orders & our Foreign Purchase Order / LPO in terms of INCOTERMS, mode of shipping, delivery period, documentation requirement and approve order acknowledgement to the customers.
10. Chase Order Acknowledgement with Principals / suppliers and checking the product & commercial details. Notify the corrections to the Principals for a revised OA.
11. Appoint Third Party Inspectors, advise inspection criteria and documentation requirement. Also obtain shipment release prior to the shipment.
12. Verify the LC draft, arrange shipping documents and Certificates as per LC.
13. Visiting Clients, Consultants & Contractors as part of after sales service to ascertain Client satisfaction upon delivery of goods, site inspection & fault rectification.
14. Reporting to the Managing Director for the daily business affairs.
