RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Summarize the current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports, substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents and prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
- Testing, providing technical support, Inspection and Servicing, resolving issues, or doing quality
assurance checks.
- Record and manage calls received via online, Phone, Email, quotations, invoice, Tally ERP9, Stock updates, Accounts
- Code and Design Company Brouchers using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery programming languages and Troubleshoot, Resolve IT related issues
- Assign, distribute and monitor problems reported.
- SLA management and Escalation
- Recording all events and follow-ups.
- Raise, track and close all work done.
- Knowledgebase to search and record solutions.
- Call response analysis.
OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT
- Update and implement emergency response plan, drills as required.
- After office hours Facilities assistance response.
- Operational audits and compliance.
- Escalation of Incidence or Problems.
- An eye for detail to manage day to day operations.

- Receive and log complaints: Record complete details of the service requests or complaints from
employees of (Client). Assign unique identity numbers for all service requests or complaints.
- Record and manage calls received via online, Phone, Email, quotations, invoice, Tally ERP9,
Accounts, etc.
