• Minister’s Office:
o Implement all of the tasks required from the Minister and the Director of
the minister office.
o Seen through the minsters official missions from start to finish, both inside
and outside the country.
o Coordinating with all parties to accomplish missions and tasks for the
minister.
• Admin Services Department:
o Organize and facilitating meetings, conferences, and other special events
for the ministry.
o Facilitated ministry representative with their visas, hotels and
transportation.
o Managing any administrative services needed for the ministry.
