Take part in sales training programs, trade fairs / shows, sales blitzes and FAM trips. Keep department superiors informed of all changes in the customer profile. On weekly basis, prepare an activity report which will cover sales call reports, site inspections, new agencies, meetings, entertainment and other functions they participated in during the week. Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the hotel. Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their specifications and needs. Set annual budgets and implement strategies effective for achieving set targets. Conduct assessment of sales performance to make necessary adjustments to increase patronage.
