ULFA Station, designed for 20, 000 BOPD crude oil, 20, 000 BWPD water handling, 23 MMSCFD gas flaring capacity and 8 inches, 48 KM pipeline from ULFA to SAIWAN Station - USD 30 million

1. Managed the full EPC delivery of ULFA production station, and 48 KM 8-inch crude pipeline to Saiwan Station.
2. Oversaw all project phases: FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
3. Conducted HAZOPs, risk assessments, schedule, and cost variance analysis, and developed cost forecasts, expenditure schedules, performance reports, and recovery plans.
4. Led operations readiness, mechanical completion, and commissioning/start-up (CSU) activities to ensure a smooth asset transition from project phase to operations.
5. Maintained robust project documentation control, including red-line markups, as-built documentation, and final handover deliverables to operations.

1. Managed the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the “Business as Usual” Portfolio of an average of 40 Rig Location Construction, 80 km of production flowlines and 40 km of water injection pipelines annually, supporting field expansion and sustained production.
2. Delivered multiple station capacity enhancement projects, including installation of production separators and heater-treaters, conversion from ground to vertical flaring, replacement of temporary rental equipment with permanent solutions, and upgrades to produced water (PW) handling systems.
3. Oversaw the deployment of diesel generator (DG) clusters, integrating power generators with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to stabilize power supply for wellhead pumping systems, consolidating individual well generators, and reducing operating and maintenance costs.

Project: JI-2026 Reggane Bord Development Project Algeria
Central Processing Facility (CPF) / Gas Treatment Plant designed to process gas from six (6) fields (Reggane, Kahlouche, Kahlouche South, Tiouliline, Sali, and Azrafil South-East) with ~209 km gathering lines and a 74 km export pipeline) - USD 2.2 billion

1. Coordinated with multidisciplinary engineering and procurement teams to develop comprehensive Invitation to Bid (ITB) packages for piping, static, and rotating equipment.
2. Conducted bid evaluations and contributed to award recommendations for critical equipment and material packages, balancing technical performance with cost optimization.
3. Participated in supplier kick-off meetings to define project execution plans, documentation schedules, and quality control expectations.

A mega onshore gas development project delivering up to 40 BCMA of natural gas, featuring a Central Gas Processing Facility, integrated utilities, offsites, and export infrastructure to monetize one of the world’s largest gas reserves - USD 3.5 billion

1. Acted as a primary interface between construction, engineering, and project management teams, ensuring smooth coordination, rapid resolution of field technical issues, and alignment of design deliverables with site requirements.
2. Reviewed and analyzed project schedules, identified potential delays, and proposed actionable recovery and mitigation plans to maintain critical path activities and ensure timely completion.
3. Coordinated logistics and expediting operations for international procurement, managing the movement of critical goods and equipment from the US, Europe, MENA region, and India to the remote Turkmenistan site, ensuring on-time delivery under challenging conditions.
