1- Sell ConversionStack and train customers on using the platform

1- Maintain, improve and deliver accurate, high quality information for the Bloomberg Terminal (Responsible for a portfolio of 692 stocks)
2- Assist the client support helpdesk with escalated client inquiries by spending 8 hours per week resolving tickets
3- Manage large and complex data projects related to Equity Fundamental market or industry-specific datasets (Automation of Arabic financials and fixing Egypt’s Stock Exchange data)
4- Liaise with other departments, such as Product, Sales, News, Research and Engineering to enhance relevant product databases and functionality
