•Forwards all the Special SA documents to the supervisor for review.
•Organizes files for the department.
•Forwards through email revisions made by client through the Account Officer/agent/broker or through signed-off CSD-SOB to Contract Specialist.
•Requests for monthly supplies for the department.
•Prepares reports on monthly production and status reports (bi-monthly) of Service Agreements.
•Follows up conforme letter which have not yet been submitted.
•Performs other duties and functions which may be assigned from time to time.
