Managing a team of 5 CAS Engineers who maintain and operate 3 CA headends, simulcrypting 150+ channels and managing external simulcrypt partners in multiple locations.
The CAS team provides support for the 8 different models of OSN Set Top Box in the field, including a hybrid OTT box delivering progressive download content from the CDN.
In December 2011 I took on the role of project managing OSN’s digital platform and successfully delivered OSN Play on time and in budget in March 2012. Since then the platform has expanded to include iOS, Android and SmartTV applications and I am still involved with the day to day operation and roadmap for OSN Play.
