Oversee all legal maters related to GCFS and provide the necessary legal advice that ensures the Company and its member entites are in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and effectve agreements.
Act as the primary source of legal information for GCFS.
Draft, review and assist in negotationg contracts and agreements to serve the best interests of GCFS and ensure enforceability of terms and condtions including agreements related to intellectual property, sponsorships, partnerships, service contracts, employment offers and contracts, etc.

Oversee the maintenance of legal registration documents of GCFS and ensure they always remain valid.
Guide the legal registration process for new entiteses associated with GCFS including establishing new entites, spinning off or dissolving existing entites, acquiring existing entites, etc.
Advise on compliance of GCFS with Qatari Law and any other applicable laws to mitigate any risk of legal action against the GCFS resulting from breach or violation of laws and other legally binding terms. Under the supervision of the Chairman, identify the level of confidentiality of data, contracts and agreements, and ensure that GCFS documents are kept in safe places and are accessible to authorized employees only. Represent GCFS, in agreement with the Chairman, in meetings with other external entites, such as governmental authorites, NGOs, private organizations, etc.
Adhere to a consistent schedule of hearings, court appearances, and case-related conferences. Represent the company in legal proceedings such as trials and administrative boards.
Consult with clients on legal best practices. Prepare case file documents ( defendant and respondent statements), pleadings, appeals, motions and other submissions in dispute. Work with the legal team to compile comprehensive trial briefs.
Created Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the legal department. Identify and recommend new strategies for creating high level of performance in the department and enhancing productivity targets.
