 Supporting the Project Manager in ensuring the smooth functioning of the operations team of the projects
 Effectively and efficiently managing emails and other correspondences, and diverting correspondence to other staff where appropriate
 Filing and recording all incoming/outgoing files of the project team, categorizing various drawings and other important project documentation.
 Producing reports in a timely manner, which involved gathering information from various sources and creating an excel spreadsheet.
 Copying, scanning, and filing documents in physical and digital records
 Reviewing, checking for accuracy of documents, and updating technical documents (e.g., drawings, method statements and QA/QC documents)
 Distributing project-related copies to internal teams and managing the flow of documentation within the organization
 Creating templates for future use and preparing ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
 Retrieving files as requested by employees and clients.
 Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
