Holds accountability to integrate manufacturing planning to develop and deliver strategic plans in the manufacturing organization as per merchandising needs and goals.
Prepares accurate sales forecasts to assess market demand, develop sales budget, & engage in finance & HR activity.
Frames long & short term strategic directions, to determine requirements of personnel, material, & facilities to accomplish production forecasts & expand the market presence of the company as per corporate vision.
Develops annual manufacturing expense budget following forecasted sales volumes and capital expenditure on projects, ensure Plant Managers adhere to set budgets.
Handles sales-planning to add new accounts & improve market share to meet projected budgets.
Motivates cross-functional teams, sets individual sales & profitability targets, & track performance to deliver results.
Oversees multiple complex projects, defines project scope, estimates costs, schedules projects, discusses technical problems, designs systems, & builds consensus to complete construction on time & within approved budgets.
Project Handling; manages the project conceptual phase, sizing & selection of equipment, procurement, installation, check-out, start-up, & project closeout.
Prepares roadmap to steer aggressive business development plans for the product mix in relevant markets.
Shows strong detail orientation to execute marketing & sales strategies to secure contracts for automation builds, instrumentations, and LV & MV component distribution projects.
Sustains engineering interface with the business leadership team to maintain a close working relationship with R&D, quality, manufacturing, merchandising, financial & retail operations.
Uses financial management to control projects & drives execution of electrical & mechanical maintenance work.
Spearheads solution selling to the target customer base & provide end to end solutions to address specific needs.
Maintains safe & hygienic-sanitary standards in plant operations to comply with & exceed official requirements.
