Own and expand the Single Customer View on Property Finder.
Responsibilities & Accomplishments
- Create behavior-based segmentation models using Property Finder on site user data
- Build predictive models to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, advertising and
content targeting
- Carry out performance analyses as necessary drive decision-making in the product and marketing team
- Build custom reports, reproducible analysis and dashboards for marketing team members
- Support the analytics team in identifying optimal user behaviors and recommending actions in order to increase
conversion rate
- Ensure digital marketing campaigns are correctly tracked and tagged across various marketing channels
- Leverage Property Finder’s data to monitor the impact of marketing activities on core business KPIs
- Deliver data-driven actionable recommendations to key product and marketing team members
Worked on emerging markets penetration by contracting hotel partners and help them optimize their listing on Expedia
Responsibilities & Accomplishments
- Achieved the highest hotel acquisition target across EMEA and second worldwide in 2013.
- Exceeded set revenue targets through maintaining competitiveness of product offerings, sourcing new products,
educating partners and maintaining robust relationships. Consistently overachieved revenue targets for Saudi
Arabia with a double-digit growth rate. 2017 revenue target achieved: ~$10M
- Representing Dubai office on liaising with the product team on launching an Expedia global online contracting
product
- Leading software integration with hotel booking connectivity solutions
- Gradually moving HE services to AWS
- Working on product development roadmap with HE International: Redesigning online booking UX, integrating
with hotel bed banks, adding mobile membership, redesigning online hotel contracting
