Responsible for the Planning and execution of All transport, Storage and inventory Management of the projects and the shipments for KAM.
•Directly report to the Managing Director on weekly basis
•Resolving Problems concerning transportation, Logistic systems, Import or Exports or customer issues
•Negotiating freight with the Carriers locally and also negotiating freight from our overseas Agents and finalizing the long-term charter agreements for various destinations / origins.
•Assist & liaise with Operation / Terminal / Custom house agents for smooth movement of the shipment / Project as all the shipments are time driven.
•Familiar with HAZMAT / DGR goods shipping.
•Assist & liaise with Warehouse and 3PL on daily basis for the storage / distribution, stock control, and monitoring the flow of goods.
•Optimized business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
•Continually improving and developing business performance within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs and rising environmental pressures.
•Regularly contacting Customers and taking their feedback on Company’s performance.
•Attending internal & external meetings as required.
•Prepare MIS to management on results and productivity, P & L reports.
•Supervising Executive personnel assigned, train, assign & review their work, and support in daily operations.

•Increased personal productivity by creating database containing the freight used on a SharePoint to improve cross-departmental communication between Sales / Operations and accounts departments

•Assist to prepare Authorization letter and send to forwarder together with shipping documents for clearance of the goods from the port.
•Ensure appropriate coordination between land, marine, and air operations crews in different locations and provide appropriate support to facilitate operations
•Ensure compliance with import/export regulations for all equipment and materials.
•Review and approve and follow up the documents, processes and controls of freight payment and audit system and ensure all documents, processes and controls are updated.
•Support the supply chain process through planning, on line allocation, pick release and invoicing to ensure customer’s requirements are met.
•Following up with customs officials and port stevedoring companies for ok to board.

• Awarded as the star performer for the year 2008 - 2009 for generating and achieving the revenue growth by 26% by changing the existing transport management system.
• Received recognition from a VIP client for my service and for timely loading of the shipment on said vessels for the year 2008 - 2009
