Tasks :
- Preparation of an evaluation program for training courses
- Visit companies in the form of a hidden employee in order to evaluate employees and examine their performance
- Provide management performance report to identify the needs and axes of the training program
- Preparing the human resources axes required of me with great care and efficiency
- Help The management of the organizations in determining the axes and type of program.
Tasks :
- Select and qualify the human elements to enter the work and join the family of the company.
- Choose the right person in the right place within the production hall
