1. Implement the sales plan for the in-house sales team and service team to maximize current and future sales, and enhance the overall strategy.
2. Achieve or exceed the monthly sales targets given by the district manager.
3. Implement sales plans and campaigns that generate the highest level of revenue and good image from the sales team.
4 - Supervision and training to perform the work of the staff daily and organize the necessary training for the sales team.
