- Design, create and analyze the Community health application using CommCare;
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the information management collection and analysis, ensuring quality information management systems;
- Oversee development and improvement of community health applications using CommCare and other applications to support the collection and processing of context-specific data;
- Manage the flow of community health information and disseminate it to the team as needed;

- Managing SMS data flow for a behavioral intervention aimed at improving job-seekers’ employment using web-based texting tool (Text it) and ODK-based case management tool (CommCare).
- Designing Text it SMS workflow to collect data from beneficiaries in timely and accurate manner.
- Developing and maintaining dashboard for SMS data using Power Bi.
- Engaging in daily case management activities including follow up calls to monitor beneficiaries’ employment outcomes.
- Conducting Covid-19 surveys and follow up with beneficiaries over phone.
