•Provides administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day business operation in the office including attending to phone calls, scheduling of meetings and assisting visitors in terms of completing the operational requirements by assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
•Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone or e-mail with customers, sales representatives and suppliers both international and local to obtain information necessary to complete pre-quoting and tender submission tasks and also, prepares proposals, blueprints, specifications of all submittals for the prospective client.
•Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting the requests.
•Handles petty cash and facilitate the corresponding liquidation efficiently.
•Maintains updated records of the daily procurement activities in the school from Basic Education Unit to College Unit.
•Facilitates request of school and office supplies and organizes monitoring tool in terms of inventory level.
•Controls and monitors expenses against approved budgets by developing sourcing strategies.
•Handling all administrative office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations as well as the preparation of necessary documentation and set up for Board of Directors' quarterly meetings.
•Checks and prepares Petty cash replenishment.
•Meets with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for loan application and assisting them in selecting the most suitable mortgage option.
•Releases approved proceeds of collateral and non-collateral loans to clients.
•Processing of Collateral Documents to LTO for registration and annotation of mortgage.
•Safekeeping and securing credit folders of booked loan accounts and accountable forms.
