I am a Talent Acquisition Manager at Musanada Human Recourses, a reputable HR firm in the region. I lead and oversee the recruitment process for various clients in different fields and sectors, such as engineering, IT, healthcare, Finance, Factory and education. I use effective screening and selection techniques to hire qualified professionals who meet the expectations and requirements of both employers and employees.
In the past 4 yearsI have successfully hired over 200 candidates, achieving a high retention rate and a low turnover rate. I have also managed the online and offline campaigns for Musanada, using my marketing and advertising skills to attract and engage potential applicants. I have more than five years of experience in human resources and recruitment, having worked as a Recruitment Coordinator and a Human Resources Recruiter at Tarteeb, a leading recruitment agency in the region, before joining Musanada. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Jinan University - Lebanon, which has enhanced my analytical and critical thinking abilities. My goal is to advance and grow as a Head Recruiter and to contribute to the success and satisfaction of both employers and employees.

At my previous position as a Recruiter at Recruitment Agency I consistently matched candidates with jobs to fit their needs and experience while providing the client with the best candidate for the job. I regularly conducted interviews with candidates, making them feel confident and realistic about what job and salary they could expect based on their previous experience. The most rewarding part of being a Recruiter is calling a candidate to tell them that they landed the job and hearing the excitement in their voice.
