Leading, planning, organizing, guiding, training, developing and controlling my team to -over- achieve our targets from all pillars to achieve the company targets, with no any violations, with deactivation & suspensions below than 3%, receiving & analyzing reports(team members, stakeholders, and top management directions), also reporting to our management regarding all business issues.

Achieving development, new sectors of the market channels, growth rate 75%, and saving EGP 0.8 Million for the company by stressing to sale a stock of stagnant goods were going to expired. (the owner decided to sacrifices it!), were some of my achievements in "Indomei".

Achieving 60% growth rate, people development(thinking, and performance), and the great one was a challenge to prove my believes(the human element mainly) in business, and establishing new rules and methods in sales performance in "AMPCO", which was expanding and opening new market (in Al Quasim), building new strong detailed data base, and the main concept was "Cash & Carry" paying policy, with 50% increasing on the base price list ! it was amazing achievement across the company and the industry, which solved much problems, costs, and other levels...it was a new direction, and success, strong, and brave decision on the strategical level.
- plan, organize, guide, control, train, and followup my team members of 27(3 supervisors, and 24 sales agent) , in Cairo governorate regarding marketing & sales for our projects, and for others.
