• Developed maintenance procedures, ensured implementation, and conducted inspections of the facilities to
identify and resolve issues through operation plans, KPIs, and facility incident reports with all supportive action
plans.
• Updated facilities management systems of buildings and main grids to ensure functionality, and planned and
oversaw all repair and installation activities.
• Monitored equipment inventory, monitored expenses, and controlled the (46 M EGP) budget for all facilities.
