Key Responsibilities
1. Manage inventory control policies and procedures.
2. Prepare inventory reports for management.
3. Review cycle counting and physical inventory
4. Audit on inventory by coordinating with external and internal teams
5. Achieve operational excellence and deliver cost savings through inventory management
6. Ensuring the safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment in ware house
7. Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery and dispatch of orders;
8. Overseeing stock control and processing orders;
9. Coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems;
10. Keeping stock control systems up to date;
11. Planning future capacity requirements;
12. Reviewing the ledger of goods and compression with old rate
13. Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
14. Reviewing and audit the purchase invoice s and Inward;
15. Generate the GRN ( Goods Receipt Notes) in inventory software;
⮚ Key Responsibilities.
⮚ Preparation of daily bank payment schedule of Growers.
⮚ Involvement in management decisions regarding payment schedule and future payment plan.
⮚ Daily reconciliation of cane purchase with bank payment.
⮚ Preparation of any reports required by management (i.e. contractual documents,
⮚ Processing documents such as invoices, Journal vouchers
⮚ All type of communication with employees of accounts and assigning duties.
⮚ Save daily record of documents in computerized system
⮚ Scan CPR and check their amount by physically
⮚ Check and Verify weekly and monthly scroll issued by bank of CPR payment
⮚ Deliver CPR and save their record in inventory system
⮚ Feed Permit list issue of daily base by MD
⮚ Audit of Token slip Gross slip and CPR daily base
