Functioned as Design Coordinator for Precast residential Tower. Primarily responsible for implementing the design intent in the field. Checking & ensuring the quality of ancillary materials used in Precast. Additional check on usage of Welded wire mesh for slab & wall panels.
IJM has launched the new product called "welded Wire Mesh" of concrete reinforcement. My key responsibility is to provide the technical backup and support the sales and marketing team. I have established a "Technical hand book" on the product. Managed and lead high revenue projects for large clientele viz. L&T, Sobha, TCE, Infosys...etc
Joined as Sr. Design Engineer and deputed to Delhi for "Delhi International Airport Ltd"(DIAL). Handled independently the design of 3 large packages in airside structures (Two fire station buildings, Foundation of High mast light foundation & Fuel Hydrant chambers for aircraft loading) for earthquake loading of Zone V. Promoted to Asst Engineering manager in a span of 18 months.
Live Project of "Analysis and design of Cooling Tower " at Neyveli Lignite Corporation, Tamilnadu. Closely monitor the construction in the field. Project is done by Gammon India Ltd.
