• Dubai International Airport Expansion Project and, the New Al Maktoum International Airport Projects. Includes working with the Project Management Office at Head Office for 3 years before the relocation to AMI Projects. Roles includes but not limited to the following:
Functions principally as lead Planner for the Consultants Team and act on behalf of DAEP (Client) to evaluate contractors programme and progress report.
Reviewed and analyzed various Contractors submitted Clause 14.1/8.3 programme, then prepared conclusive recommendation to DAEP (Client) for further review and approval of the Contractors submitted Clause 14.1/8.3 programme.
Monitored and validated Contractors programme and progress report based on the consented Clause 14.1/8.3 Programme.
Coordinate between key project team and consolidate executive report for higher management.
Prepared and submit Contractors performance report to DAEP (Client). Submit analysis of Contractor’s Key Performance Indices (KPIs).
Involved in monitoring the close out processes of the Dubai International Airport (DIA) and Dubai World Central (DWC) Projects.
Assisted validating contractor’s claims for extension of time (EOT). Prepare report on major events that have delayed project completion and that leads to Contractor’s EOT claim.
Provided assistance to Project Managers / Coordinators, Urban Planners and Airport Planners on programme development, establishing project phasing priority and contract package milestone.
Involved in high level modification and maintaining of the Dubai International Airport DI2020 Ultimate Expansion Plan and new Al Maktoum International Airport Master Programme.
Analyzed Tender Programme submitted by the Contractors and submit evaluation and clarification report.
Developed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and prepare high level program for airport and facilities projects.
Prepared and submit fortnightly project status report for Client update.

Emirates Palace (7-Star) Hotel (Abu Dhabi): External Works Package 14 - Landscape and Softscape.
Park Place Tower (Dubai): 56-storey offices and residential tower
Princes Tower (Dubai): 101-storey residential tower (titled as tallest residential tower in the world by Guinness Record).
Elite Residence (Dubai): 91-storey residential tower.
• Project Engineer (Pahaytc Sdn. Bhd.) 2002-2011:
Maktab Science School (Brunei): Renovation of 4 nos. Old 4-storey school buildings and construction of 2 new 4-storey school buildings and Upgrading of External Works - Hardscape and Softscape.
Includes my involvement in master planning/scheduling of roads construction in different places of Brunei Darussalam.
• Senior Planning Engineer (Yeecom Construction Sdn. Bhd.) 1999-2002:
Brunei International Airport Upgrading Project: Construction stage of additional concourse for 3 telescopic passenger bridge, additional airport lounges and, renovation of existing terminal buildings.
Enabling Works for Brunei Naval Base Expansion.
• Planning/Civil Engineer (Baharuddin & Associates Engineering Consultancy Sdn. Bhd.) 1996-1999:
Brunei International Airport Upgrading Project: Design stage for the additional concourse for 3 telescopic passenger bridges, additional airport lounges and, renovation of existing terminal buildings.
Includes master programming for building and infrastructure projects and, oil and gas.
• Planning Engineer (El Seif Engineering and Contracting Est.) 1992-1996:
Site 06 Airbase Facilities Project (KSA) - Construction of 4 Group Shelters, 4 Ammunition Stores, Fire and Rescue Building, 2 Aircraft Refueling Stations, 2 Aircraft Last Chance Aprons, Water Supply Network, Sewerage Network, Security System, Taxiways and GSE Roads.
Al Jouf Airport Project (KSA): Renovation of existing Runways and Taxiway.
As Senior Planning Engineer for the Project Management at the PMO for the construction management of 4 Dams in differnt provinces in the Philippines.
As Project Manager for the construction of housing projects: 15 Units in Laguna and 25 Units in Rizal, Philippines.
As Project Engineer for the Highway Widening of Commonwealth Avenue Project in Quezon City Philippines
As Planning and Cost Engineer assigned at Systems Management Department at the head office of National Irrigation Administration.
Responsible for the esti mating of cost of varous national irrgiation systems rehabilitation and improvements nationwide (assigned systems) including preparation of master schedule.
