Inspect the incoming raw material based on COA and ensure the quality requirements are met. Hold the product if any issue arises and inform client Review the batch sheet from the client and based on the formulation, make a trial. Thus ensure the QC requirements are matching. Authorized to instruct for offloading of finished product after the production. Support the supervisor by providing technical information. Preparing/Reviewing of MSDS of the raw material and finished products before moving to task (Blending/Decanting) Advise the store keeper to keep the raw material/finished product based on compatibility chart. Visit the facility in regular intervals and ensure that the operation is going smooth. Toolbox talk to the operators in the plant and in warehouse on daily basis First contact for ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 standards implemented Ensure that operators are strictly following PPE's during the task. Encourage all employees to report any unsafe conditions and or to stop the work immediately. Train the employees based on their job nature and also induct 3rd party operators when there is any maintenance by doing hazard identification Perform monthly safety audit and also supplier audit based on review Preparing monthly EHSQ statistics and sharing to top management. Based on the review meetings, new ideas and requirements are implemented. Review about new codes and regulations from the authority and ensures that the requirements are met.
Daily analysis of samples from the customer site and provide the results Daily analysis of the RO and waste water received after the production. Authorized to offload the finished products, thus ensuring specs are met. Providing C.O.A of the outgoing chemical when requested. Inspection of the incoming material received from the supplier. Inspect the facility for any hazards and to implement controls Ensure the plant and warehouse employees are following PPE procedure Create update the MSDS of the FP and the raw material Analyze the raw material received from the supplier Identify hazards and implement controls Perform monthly safety audits in the site and monitor EHS performance Provide training to operators for their nature of work. Keep updating the EHS legislations Implement new ideas for a better H & S environment in the company.
