• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
• Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
• Arranging and attending client meetings.
• Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives and decision-makers.
• Preparing financial and technical proposals, submitted, presented, and Discussed with the clients with high negotiation and conviction skills.
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
• Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
• Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Working on different projects, tools, programming languages, created tools, and implementing frameworks in software engineering, computer engineering, and network engineering fields.
In this training, we focused on the network security part. Where I learned how to add security to the networks, and how to control the network traffic by adding security policies in the network.
I have practical training in real Cisco routers and switches, where it was included real-time scenarios.
Where I have configured all routing protocols (static, Rip, OSPF, and EIGRP protocols.
I have tested network problems through training exams and tests.
Thesis: In my master thesis, I investigated a multi-agent-based framework for epidemiological investigation and biological threat detection. In the proposed framework, a hierarchy of fog nodes are responsible for aggregating monitoring data within their regions and detecting potential threats. Although fog nodes are deployed on a fixed base station infrastructure, the framework provides an innovative technique for reorganizing the monitored environment structure to adapt to the evolving environmental conditions and to overcome the limitations of the static base station infrastructure. Evaluation results illustrate the ability of the framework to localize biological threats and detect infected areas. Moreover, the results show the effectiveness of the reorganization mechanisms in adjusting the environment structure to cope with the highly dynamic environment (published-1). Projects: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Automated tool to detect face direction (Left, Right, and center) from images using MATLAB. Advanced Computer Networks: Comparison Study of FIFO (First In First Out) and MDRR (Modified Deficit Round-Robin) Queuing Mechanisms on 5G Cellular Network using OPNET simulator (Published-2). Embedded Real-Time Systems: An alcohol detection system for vehicle control is designed to detect alcohol inside cars. If the system detects any alcohol the car’s engine will be turned off immediately. This is done using PIC micro-controllers programmed using assembly language. Engineering training: Academic Entrepreneurship Center of Excellence, Yarmouk University, June to August 2014 (400 hours). Graduation Project: An Automated Tool for Measuring Lumbar Spinal Canal Diameter (published-3). Where in this project, an automated software tool for measuring the diameter of lumbar spinal canal is designed, implemented, and tested. The value of the diameter is used in the diagnosis of Lumbar Spinal Stenosis (LSS). The goal of the tool is to remove requirement of human intervention to determine the diameter which makes the process faster and more accurate. The tool takes a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) image and processes it using different MATLAB functions. Testing the tool against 17 real cases showed that they were accurately diagnosed using the measurements of tool. In addition, it saves the physician’s time spent in measuring and diagnosing the stenosis manually. Programming Languages: JAVA, C++, C, assembly language and MATLAB, network configuration, Linux. Software Tools: Eclipse(JAVA), DEVS-JAVA, Packet Tracer, Qualnet simulator, OPNET simulator, MATLAB, AutoCAD, Linux and Microsoft office.
