I am responsible for all technical office mechanical works (HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing) for Metro Riyadh project orange line3.

For Stations # (3H1, 3J2, 3K1, 3H2, 3A1) with a total cost of MEP Works for the stations of 200 million SAR.

One of main tasks is:

• Preparing all mechanical works calculation (HVAC, firefighting and plumbing) and submission to consultant for Approval.

• Review all mechanical works drawings (HVAC, firefighting and plumbing) shop drawings, coordination drawings and as built drawings then submission to consultant for Approval.

• Analyse the technical details of the tender and ongoing projects for MEP works (Dry cost, Selling Price).

I Was Responsible for all mechanical works for the Project Technical Office below:

• King Abd Allah project for the development of the
judiciary facility - Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, at a total
cost of 385 million SAR.

• I.P.A Housing Complex -Riyadh-Nargis, Saudi Arabia,
at a total cost of 250 million SAR.

I Was Responsible for all mechanical works for the Project Technical Office below:

Housing and Development Bank - Fifth Settlement - Egypt, at a total cost of 250 million EGP.

• Swimming Pools Complex - 6th of October Club - Egypt, at a total cost of 400 million EGP.

• The administrate building of the Wali group of companies -Abu Rawash - Egypt, at a total Cost of 100 million EGP.

I Was Responsible for all mechanical works for the Project at site below:

• Maternity Hospital in Buraidah 300 beds - Qassim - Saudi Arabia, at a total cost of 400 million SAR.

• Review all drawings for mechanical works before executing.

• Review all materials for mechanical works before entering the site and matching them with what has been approved.

I Was Responsible for HVAC works for the Project at site below:

• New Tanta University Teaching Hospital, Tanta, Egypt, at a total cost of 35 million EGP.
