 Preparing and updating baseline schedule based on the project contract. Managed schedule by
P-6 & company production rates
 Resources loading and cost loading. Relationships, constraints, resource allocation, contract
key and target dates, S Curves.
 Identified slippages & made recovery and revised schedule by CPM & other techniques.
 Site work program and target critical milestones for each phase based on the BL schedule.

 Overall project management of 23 PSDP Infrastructure projects (New Constructions and
Rehabilitations) worth Rs. 83 Billion, with a goal to significantly increase the completion rate
from the current 10% to 16% within a year timeframe.
 Perform comprehensive monitoring and evaluation of the projects on a weekly, fortnightly,
monthly, quarterly, and mid-year basis.
 Develop and implement effective strategies to improve project performance in terms of time,
cost, and viability
 Prepare, collect, and analyze data for monthly PSDP review meetings and prepare meeting
minutes.
 Scrutinize Annual work plans, Cash Plans (Financial Phasing), and procurement plans.
 Monitor and evaluate the ongoing projects of a portfolio worth PKR 83 Billion and facilitate
Project Directors on resolving key bottlenecks of physical progress and financial progress.

 Developed, completed and updated implementation of Project plan(s) and quarterly plans.
 Managed the production of the required outputs, taking responsibility for overall progress
and use of resources and initiating corrective action where necessary.
 Ensured that quality of work packages and deliverables complies with the quality

 Preparing CQC Reports non- conformances, corrective action notice & other
correspondence relating to the administration of the QC Program and recorded such in the
RMS/QCS database.
 Reviewed and approved submittals prior to submission to USACE Staff for final check and
recorded results in the Submittal Register.
 Ensure proper safety protocol was in place during work executions, and manage personnel
on site to ensure OSHA and EM385-1-1 compliance.

 Analyzed Contractor’s Network Analysis System (NAS) schedules in (P3).
 Created reports with Primavera (P3/P6) and MS-Excel Spreadsheets to determine cost
percent complete by project, phase, area, responsibility, and WBS.
 Verified that Contractor’s monthly pay application and stored materials match field
amounts.
 Created S-Curves and earning reports from the Primavera Scheduling system to determine
the cost percent complete compared to the baseline schedule.
 Performed contract modification analysis using Fragnets, RFI’s, claim digger, and digger
3.0 reports to determine if Contractor required a time extension to complete the project.
 Verified weekly progresses, assign percent complete, adjust durations, and enter actual
start/finish dates in the Primavera (P3 and P6) Master Schedule.
 Analyzed and revised logic to correct all out of sequence work.
 Prepared QC Plan, Safety Plan, APP and Water assessment & Well Development/testing
Plans.
 Capable to Prepare and Submit Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Finishing Submittals.
 Prepared Projects close-out submittals, i.e. O&M, Warranty and As-built drawings.
