• Draft and design policies and define areas of improvements for continuous development in line with the companies strategies and capabilities.
• Design and implement HR frameworks, guidelines, and operational processes, in cooperation with other HR departments.
• Responsible of the Organizational Design: organizational structures, job families, job descriptions, competency frameworks.
• Track HR department metrics to provide insights for the management and team for improvement.
• Responsible of Performance Management System: standardize performance appraisal system, gathering employee’s objectives, manage appraisal cycles, coach leaders on how to appraise subordinates.
• Responsible of Learning and Development: IDPs, Succession Plans, career paths and oversee implementation.
• All other tasks related to OD.
• Develop areas in HR Policies and draft suggestions to the executive management to create an up-to-date work environment.
• Manage HR Operations activities and ensure compliance to policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment cycle: validate sourcing quality, conducting interviews and assist on onboarding.
• Address staff requirements and needs regarding performance issues, growth, and development.
