• Compare the prices of sub-contractors with the proposed prices from the Estimation Dep,
negotiate the best price to execute the specified item according to project specs and Prepare the
contract of the awarded sub-contractors
• Review the project material list and proposed vendor list.
• Study the aspects, BOQ (bill of quantities), drawings and RFQ.
• Follow up with the Subcontractor/Suppliers to receive the offers/quotations.
• Follow up on the approval of the materials submittal in the site
• Coordinate with Project Managers to check the site conditions and handle the requirements
needed from the Procurement department at the site.
• Coordinate with the Planning & Cost Control, Operations, Finance, and Purchasing departments
to be aligned with the progress of the project.

• I’m responsible for procurement and purchasing for all engineering items.
• Analyze all the suppliers in order to select the most suitable supplier who are able to
deliver best quality product with competitive price.
• Make Material submittal according to the vendor list and the spics.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
• Make comparison sheets between the budget and the supplier.
• Make purchase order using (ERP System)
• Create monthly reports
• Create Contract with subcontractors
