General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
• Project Scope Management:
a. Define, develop, and maintain project scope statements, work breakdown structures (WBS), and
scope management plans.
b. Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, establish project objectives, and define
deliverables.
c. Monitor project scope, identify scope changes, and assess their potential impact on project
objectives and schedule.
d. Implement change control procedures to manage scope changes and ensure alignment with project
goals.
• Quality Control:
a. Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with project
specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
b. c. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess project quality and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with project teams to address quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances in a
timely manner.
d. Review and approve project deliverables to ensure they meet established quality criteria and client
expectations.
• Risk Management:
a. b. c. Identify project risks related to scope and quality and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor and assess project risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing potential
issues to prevent scope or quality deviations.
Communicate project risks and mitigation plans to project stakeholders and management as needed.
• Documentation and Reporting:
a. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including scope documents, quality control
records, and risk registers.
b. Prepare regular reports on project scope, quality performance, and compliance with project
requirements.
c. Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to project teams, stakeholders, and
management as required.

• Review of P&ID, Isometric drawings and GA drawing as per Project Specification and
International standards.
• Verification of quality documents, Product data sheets, MTC and MSDS etc.
• To ensure that approved drawings and related documents are being used at site.
Supervise and coordinate the ongoing activities as per project requirements to improve
quality.
• Ensure all design work confirms to the code’s standards used by the client.
• Conduct meeting with contractor regarding daily, weekly and monthly progress and
quality issues
• Strong Planning and managerial skills.
• Monitoring & supervision of all types of fabrication and site installation works.
• Monitoring of the pipes field joints & shop joints for traceability.
• Inspection of the Piping Material as per SAES-L-105, ISO2531/EN BN454 and
API5L .
• Tracking of all construction DOC. And updates in daily basis.
• Checking piping installation as per drawing and according to the Saudi ARAMCO
standards.
• Review of test package and witness for hydro testing.
• Conduct daily surveillance inspections to ensure the installation has been done
according to drawing and procedure.
• Check and verify material approval, storage and handling to confirm project
specifications.
• Inspection of underground sewer, drainage, raw water piping.
• Monitor the preparation of pipe work for pressure test, and gravity test.
• Prepare punch list, prior to conduct test requirement
• Prepare surveillance report.
• QA/QC meetings with client Project inspection division (PID) and Project
Management Team (PMT).
• Review and evaluate Contractor’s Quality document submittals.
• Witness on-site and off- site material and installations tests for compliance with
standards.
• Review the project mechanical scope of work drawings and all documents (Method
statements, Quality plan, procedures etc.) submitted by sub-contractor during
construction.
• Monitoring and mentioning problems of mechanical works during execution.
Making ensure that construction follow the good practices to avoid/eliminate re-
works.
• To monitor the monthly, weekly and daily progress responsible for performing the
inspection and documentation of mechanical / underground piping according to the
applicable standards & specifications.
• Issue NCRs to identify non-conformances and review all NCRs rise in the project.
• Prepare surveillance report.
• Monitor Contractor’s Quality Systems, records and Quality Personnel for compliance
with requirements.
• Review and evaluate Contractor’s Quality document submittals.
• Checking proper sand bedding prior to installation of pipe.
• Prepares and initiates requests for inspection ensures that activity is complete before
offering for client verifications
• Monitor all daily activities and verifies compliance to engineering design codes
standards and specifications
• Inspect materials delivered to site and ensures that verified materials confirm to the
requirements.
• Documentation and control of inspection reports and test records.
• Implementation of quality procedures.
• Closely follow construction rules and regulations specifically regards to safety and
time keeping.
• Verify that the correct materials are being installed and marked up drawing daily to
reflect installations of bolts, gaskets and other in line components.
• Coordinates with the Engineers, Quality Control and Quality assurance of the projects
regards to the latest revisions of drawings.
• Monitoring the performance of construction work in accordance with the detail and
specifications of drawings to ensure it has properly executed to meet good quality and
production.
• Performing Hydro test as per Approved Test package and Method of Statement

Inspect storage tanks, fittings, towers, and pipelines.
• Assuring Safety Procedures are understood & applied with work crew.
• Review of Project Specifications with respect to IFC Drawings.
• Prepare inspection reports.
• Inspect materials, products, and work in progress for conformance to
specifications.
• Perform regular Site surveys to ensure that only approved drawings and related
documents are being used at site.
• Participate in Solving inspection issues and advise to client.

Conduct periodic inspections.
• Find the mistakes and resolve it.
• Repair and replacement.
• Scheduling maintenance works.
