Responsible for managing and organizing employee affairs and ensuring the implementation of labor laws and regulations by supervising contracts, leave management, and monitoring attendance and departure through HR systems such as Iktifa and Oracle. Handles employee transactions through government platforms such as Muqeem, Qiwa, and the Social Insurance system, as well as issuing and renewing visas, residencies, and official permits. Additionally, contributes to preparing periodic reports, updating employee records, and enhancing communication and compliance within the work environment.
