* Coordinate and manage daily activities of accounting
staff.
* Assist with month-end and annual financial close, and
reporting.

* Review all ERP modules prior to close solving any
issues that arise.
* Ensure timely closing of Accounts Payable and
Accounts Receivable.
* Investigate account discrepancies and reconcile to
general ledger.
* Ensure compliance with all accounting policies,
procedures and internal controls
* Prepare weekly Collateral Reports to funding
institution.
* Work closely with Department heads to determine
revenue producing cash expenditures.
* Review AP & AR aging for collections and payables
meeting with staff.
* Maintain strategic relationships with high degree of
creditability, resolving issues quickly.
* Work with external auditors - bank and annual audit.
* Perform internal audits of accounting records.
* Compile, analyze and report financial information for
corporate management.
* Identify and recommend ongoing process
improvements to maximize efficiencies in the
Accounting processes and other departmental
procedures.
