• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.
• Posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates.
• Monitoring recruitment, analyzing performance, and improving processes.
• Communicating with candidates and following up during the recruitment stages.
• Providing support during the onboarding period.
• Performance analysis: evaluating and improving recruitment strategies.
• Sending email notifications to markets about employees' start dates.
• Conducting field visits to company branches in various cities.
• Monitoring employee performance during the training period to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.
• Preparing weekly reports on available vacancies.

• Responsible for the company's file with the Industrial Development Fund.
• Coordinating with the Ministry of Commerce regarding the company, especially joint meetings.
• Organizing events and meetings with partners and the Board of Directors.
• Managing the company's relations with the Zakat and Income Authority, governmental, and non-governmental organizations.
• Enhancing the company's relations with current clients and providing support and assistance.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial and industrial trends and providing periodic reports.
• Enhancing internal communication within the company and organizing meetings.
