1. Responsible for All Recruitment Cycle, onboarding, And Orientations
2. Facilitate interview and evaluation process of candidates and send Feedback within 48 Hours Via Zoho System
3. Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related inquiries, concerns, and disputes
4. Mediate and resolve employee relations issues
5. Implement and oversee performance management processes
6. Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs.
7. Promote a positive work culture and high employee engagement through various HR programs and initiatives.
8. Generate HR reports and metrics for management to support decision-making
9. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
10. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
11. Facilitate and advise on all types of employee exits.
12. Implement and maintain a clear exit interview process and data bank.
13. Organize and update employee and organizational data.
14. Responsible for all employee documentation and making a soft Copy
15. Responsible for Creating Job Analysis and Job Descriptions
16. Responsible for Environmental scanning by knowing Competitor’s Compensations and Benefits
17. Responsible for Creating and Managing surveys to assess and improve workplace satisfaction.
18. Responsible for Creating and Managing HR Sop’s with the other Departments
19. Ensure that the employee is aware of the social insurance- Medical Card, and Golden Card data.
