excel/QuickBooks online accounting system and Xero System
•Prepare and handle bank reconciliations, financial and income statements.
•Manage and disburse payments for suppliers (260+ locally)
•company’s financial reports, balance sheets, and perform month-end closing.
•Manage petty cash, and Point of Sales (POS)
•Perform other duties as required.
•Daily transaction and Monitoring.
•Bank Reconciliation with all accounts.
•P&L- Monthly and Yearly.
•Balance Sheet as a month or year.
•Budget Sheet.
•Marketing Reports Monthly.
