 Envisaged the Group captive solar project for In house consumption and Reviewed the DPR and Financial Modelling.
 Build a team of Successful professionals.
 Sought board clearance for the in house development of 50 MW solar plant.
 Hired PWC for the third party due diligence of the project.
 Reviewing the Entire project timelines and adapting the dynamic needs.
 Liaison with Minister and Govt officials and helping to provide input to policy framework.
