Having worked for 8 years, I've scaled the organisation to 1200 employee company from 130 nos in trivandrum location. Initially, worked as a start-up mode and built systems progressively per business need. Played a crucial HR generalist role and later focused more into HRBP, Employee Engagement, Employee Development, High performance, Rewards, Community Building, Branding, Agility, Meaningful Workplace etc. Lastly, I was quite successful in building good rapport with Business and able to align everyone into business objectives.
PIT solutions is basically an IT services company having major projects coming from Switzerland and middle-east. I was responsible for managing the entire gamut of HR functions and 3 members were reporting to me

My first HR job after my PGDM, learned all basics and became Sr Executive while leaving. My role was more into executing various HR functions
This Two year full-time PGDPM course was full of relevant topics and built-in practical pedagogy includes case studies, mock-drills,management games, role-plays, guest lectured by industry experts, compulsory internship etc. All of these practical orientation provided a good view about business and the role of an HR function.
