Delegation of HR manager roles
- Screen and select resumes received from different sources to make sure that they meet the required criteria.
- Conduct a preliminary interview for the candidates to present the best calibers for the company and testing applicants.
- Prepare letters of appointments and contracts for those who were accepted to fulfill legal requirements.
- Receive hiring documents from candidates and revise them to keep record of all company employees.
- Prepare offer letters for new candidates
- Updating company organizational chart regularly via MS Visio.
- Implement recruitment plans.
- Participated in the process of setting HR policies for the company.
- Review and follow-up with the personnel activities monthly.
- Maintain employees’ records and attendance system.
- Prepare payroll variables and running pay slips on monthly basis.
