• Achieved category sales targets by executing short- and long-term growth opportunities and building long
term relationships with key customers.
• Managed a key account head office: created DC purchase orders, listed new items, and issued job orders for
point-of-sale activities.

• Delivered sell-in objectives, negotiated at store level, and ensured in-store application of central contractual
agreements.
• Directed merchandisers on DPSD execution and rolled out monthly initiatives across the store portfolio.
