1.Monitors and coordinates with concerned departments the implementation of repairs and maintenance schedule.
2. Supervises repairs and maintenance of all factory machineries during shutdown and or major breakdown during production
3. Act as Preventive Maintenance Engineer
4. Execute daily repair schedule and activities from Engineering Job Request (EJR)
5. Responsible for the maintenance of all Engineering Documents such as EJR, Work Order, Equipment Breakdown Form (EBF), Machine Service Records (MSR), and other engineering documents.
6. Conducts routine inspection of all Factory machines and equipment
7. Implementing and execution of Preventive maintenance inspection and repairs of all factory machine and equipment’s thru maintenance plan.
8. Submit and coordinate to Engineering Manager about study of improvements of any factory equipment’s/machineries.
9. Supervises repair of all water utilities such as pumps and motors.
10. Responsible for the safety operation of all factory equipment’s and machineries.
11. Prepares man-hour project cost estimate and project supervision
12. Responsible for preparation of all machinery and equipment spare parts.
13. Monitors and supervises implementation of pest control technical activities in the plant.

14. Coordinates with pest control supervisor and any pest control findings and recommendation.
15. Coordinate with all customer and ISO auditor with related to Preventive Maintenance Program of the plant.
16. Designated as food Safety Team Member.
1. Monitors efficient operation of all Boilers during production.
2. Monitors efficient operation of all Power House Generators and Electrical utilities
3. Direct Monitors and supervises maintenance and repairs of boilers and all other equipments at boiler
section during production and shutdown.
4. Direct supervision of all Gen set operator, Boiler Fireman, Boiler Tender, and Boiler Mechanic.
5. Responsible for good housekeeping at entire boiler and power house section.
6. Coordinates with DCN and CWC production supervisor for sufficient supply of steam.
7. Coordinates with DCN and CWC production supervisor in case major breakdown at boiler section
that will cause stoppage or delay of production.
8. Execution of all boiler documents and daily records.
9. Direct conduct of Preventive Maintenance Inspection thru Maintenance Plan at boiler section.
10. Direct Supervises all Boiler Tender and Firemen during shutdown and operation.
11. Prepare reports of boiler section improvements and other related activities.
12. Other duties that may be assigned from immediate superior
1. Waste Water Treatment Plant Supervisor and responsible for all the whole operation.
2. Act as Polution Control Officer
3. Act as Ground Maintenance Supervisor and responsible and implementation of 5s in the whole factory.
