Onshore Project.
Scope: Fabrication of piping (CS, LTCS, SS & AS) and erection of modules for the
project EPC for Al Dhabbiyah Surface Facilities - Phase III, Al Dhabbiyah, Abu
Dhabi UAE”.
Duties:
* Monitoring and managing the activities in fabrication shop to attain the required
production & quality with safety.
* Inspect, review project activities and monitor its compliance with construction
and safety codes or other regulations and apply standard procedures as per
Project specifications, MOS and ITP.
* Responsible for the prefabrication and erection activities of Piping, Pipe supports
using Carbon steel, Alloy steel, Stainless steel materials.
* Handled a team of Foremen, Assistant Foremen, Fitters, Fabricators, Welders,
Riggers, Machine operators, Helpers.
* Job scheduling and monitoring during fabrication. Understand the priorities and
prioritize to start, follow up and complete the activities in the stipulated time
period
* Conducts visual and dimensional checking on fabricated piping spool and
components to ensure compliance with isometric drawings.
* Preparation of weld map and traceability map as per the production and
updating on daily basis.

* Co-ordinate with logistic department to supply fabricated members for Heat
treatment, Radiography, Blasting & Painting and dispatch to erection site.
HPCL turnaround and Revamp project 2019- Piping and related works of NHT
CCR unit.
Scope: Fabrication & Erection of refinery piping for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation
limited (HPCL) Integrated Refinery Expansion Project. Providing technical solutions
and execution of work to attain the production as per schedule with safety and quality.
Duties:
* Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for
improvements
* Experienced in handling of EPC and Maintenance projects which includes
Piping, Erection, Welding, Hydro testing, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning
* Planning day to day activities and allocation of machineries, manpower to
achieve the scheduled progress.
* Module piping erection supervision and planning as per the schedule.
* Managing the manpower to attain the productivity as per schedule.
* Supervise critical lift, decide and arrange cranes of different capacities for
erection activities.
* Co-ordinates with piping foreman for any piping related problems that come
across during fabrication and erection.
Project: Reliance Industries Limited (Refinery) in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
Scope: Prefabrication of Piping Spools and Erection of Modules for shutdown jobs.
Duties:
* Site supervision of fabrication and erection of mechanical piping activities.
* Preparing the work schedule and giving the allocation to workers.
* Arranging of all resources for performing inspection/ testing and getting
clearance from QA/QC engineer.
* Raising material request as per site conditions.
* Handling of independent projects like installation / commissioning of machinery
* Line checking and as built drawing making after piping erection.
* Preparation of Daily progress reports, Maintain joint record / document for the
deviations from the drawings, documentation and material reconciliation records
etc.
MRF Tyres India’s largest tire manufacture worked in departments in
maintenance and project over a period mentioned above.
Scope: Worked in departments in maintenance and project.
Duties:
* Good knowledge of various safety procedures and work permit system
* Also responsible for implementing TPM activities (PM related) like restoring the
old machines back to original condition.
* Assisting for mechanical inspection with the client.
* Co-ordinate with inspection departments and expedite the activities without any
delay.
* Maintenance of cooling towers, Pressure vessels for compressed air storage
&hot water, Pressure regulating valves and allied equipment’s.

ensure maximum production.

drawings.
