As a Manager T and I, I have been engaged as Tender Manager responsible/accountable for delivering below Tenders.
• Saudi Aramco - CRPO-57, 58, 59 and 61, EPC of Field Development - Tender Proposal
• ADNOC - Hail and Ghasha Field Development - Package-1Tender Proposal JV partner with Petrofac
• ADNOC - UMM SHAIF Long Term Development Plan -1-Tender Proposal JV partner with Petrofac
• ADNOC - Dalma Gas Development Project
Bid Submission and Execution after Project award. These projects include Pipeline (CS, CRA, Piggy Back, Shallow Water, Shore Pull), Cables, Umbilical, Piggy back, Jackets, Decks.
Project Consultancy Work (Civil and Mechanical)
Overlooking the design, Identifying contractor and negotiation. Govt. Permit issuance. Working with Various other companies as consultant to Procedure development, Recruitment drive.
Qatar Petroleum (Offshore Projects Division
Controlling construction activities of Multiple offshore projects with a group of construction representatives SURF and Jacket, Topsides and Subsea Pipelines. Represented QP Offshore Engineering in weekly Operations Meeting, Weekly Directors meeting, JV interface meetings and PTF meetings.
Achievements:
•Supervised Fabrication and Installation of NSS/FMB jacket and Topsides with unique engineering from Technip France for the first time in Qatar. Used Jacket Float off with Semisub MV Ghatrousha.
•Expedited and installed the longest cable 132kV 100km x2 in Qatar with a midline joint with complete logistics from South Korea to Qatar followed by PLGR/Prelay Matts/Cable Lay with TEKMAR crossings. 2km Shore pull at Raslaffan/Post lay midline jointing/Trenching and Burial/Post lay matts/Free span. Supported this with Jack up Grout bags. Crossed pipeline subsea coating repair with STOPAQ/post lay. Articulated Piping installation and the 2km shoreline approach.
•Handled complete logistics assistance for MME permit, MOT permit. MOI permit, QP Marine/HSE/Diving Permit upto installation offshore/seabed, as well as handling dual role of Offshore Logistics Coordinator.
•Supervised Brownfield works of North Field Alpha and BH fields.
•Handled interface with other QP JV, RasGas, QG, Total, DOLPHIN, QTEL, Tata, MAERSK, NOC, GBICS.
•Assisted NSS/STP jackets and cable lay, Brown field works on PS2, PS3 and PS4 including HALUL.
•Vessels worked on: Mermaid Siam, SIAM Daya-2, Shaddad, Halul41, Willemh DeVlamingh, Bourbon Evolution, Global1001, Ghatrousha, DB27 and numerous other boats in Qatar offshore. All challenges of Qatar Petroleum Offshore were handled efficiently with zero offshore standby claims from Offshore Contractors.
