· Lead and supervise HR staff supporting assigned departments, ensuring they have clear objectives.
· Responsible for processing terminations, Resignations, warnings cases and Conducting exit interviews.
· carry out investigation and resolution of employee grievances advise on employment law,

· Review and manage all employment, ad‑locum contracts, on‑boarding and off‑boarding activities
· Work with personnel in (GOSI, MOHR, Muqeem, Letters, EOS)
· Prepare offer letter and employment contract Along with the on boarding process.
· Make hiring recommendations upon eligibility criteria provided.
· Coordinate and schedule in person/online interviews and tests for potential hires.
· Create and post job openings in social media and platforms.
· Source CVs of qualified candidates from various sources (LinkedIn, Byte, naukrigulf, etc)
· Screen potential candidates / applicants to determine if they meet the job requirement.
· Coordinate and Support the operations team with tasks and projects.
· Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
